I. Abnormal Dispensing Accuracy

  1. Inaccurate Dispensing Volume

    • Solution: Clean the syringe pump and tubing, remove air bubbles, and recalibrate the instrument.

  2. Reagent Leakage or Splashing

    • Solution: Clear any foreign objects from the nozzle and replace the worn sealing ring.

II. Mechanical Operation Failures

  1. Motor Not Running or Jamming

    • Solution: Clean the guide rail and apply lubricating oil, inspect the motor drive circuit and mechanical structure.

    • Solution: Replace the proximity switch and adjust the cam to the appropriate distance.

III. Control System Issues

  1. Abnormal Display or Touch Failure

    • Solution: Secure the connection cables, eliminate static electricity through grounding, and restart the system.

  2. Temperature/Pressure Alarm
